Now an Experienced Director with a demonstrated track record of building award winning service led VAR’s from the ground up. As a PRINCE2 Practitioner, Phil is responsible for project delivery and vendor management.

Rob Jeffery

CTO / Head of Technical Services

Rob is a customer and solution focused IT Security Specialist and after starting his work life in the hospitality industry, Rob gained a 1st class honours degree in Network Infrastructure Technologies and Business Computing Solutions. During his studies Rob won several awards for his academic and technical achievements.

A published author, Rob has written two Juniper Day One books on migrating from Cisco to Juniper Networks technologies.

Laura Kaung

Group DPO / Information Security Manager

Laura is an Information Security Manager, Group Data Protection Officer, and Senior GRC Consultant with specialist expertise in ISO 27001 implementation, auditing, and continual improvement. She supports organisations across the full ISMS lifecycle, from gap analysis and risk assessment through to policy development, operational controls, internal audit, and certification readiness. With deep knowledge of UK GDPR, NIST, data protection governance, and incident response, Laura delivers strategic vCISO and vDPO services that align security objectives with business needs. An award-winning practitioner, recognised as Cyber Student of the Year 2023, she is known for translating complex risk into practical, business-focused outcomes.

Laura’s background as a former British Army Bombardier and current Reserve brings a disciplined, structured approach to leadership and risk management. She works closely with directors, management, and technical teams to embed effective security frameworks, strengthen resilience, and build compliant, audit-ready organisations.
