Laura is a multi award-winning cybersecurity leader, British Army Veteran, and Chaos Coordinator to her core. Winner of Most Inspiring Woman in Cyber Security 2026, she brings extensive experience in information security, GRC, data protection, ISO 27001, risk, and resilience.

Laura combines strategic leadership with a practical, people-focused approach to navigating complex security challenges, strengthening not only NGS but customers alike- turning chaos into clarity.

Adam is our Chief Technical & Security officer with an impressive 35+ years of experience in IT and cyber consultancy, driving enterprise-wide security strategy, compliance, and operational resilience.

He has a proven success rate in leading ISO certifications, implementing SIEM and IDS/IPS solutions, and aligning security frameworks with business objectives. He is our trusted advisor with a hands-on approach to risk management, incident response, and security awareness.

Adam builds secure cloud and hybrid environments, mentors teams, and fosters a culture of cyber vigilance.

Becky Pritchard

Operations & Finance Manager

Responsible for overseeing the company's operational and financial functions, Becky ensures the business runs efficiently while supporting its strategic growth.

Having recently stepped into this role, Becky brings a wealth of experience, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement. Isaac, is NGS’s Lead Penetration tester he is a British Army Veteran and now specialises in infrastructure and web application security.

A CSTM-accredited security professional, Isaac focuses on uncovering complex attack paths and developing exploits for emerging vulnerabilities to help clients effectively remediate threats. His technical expertise and in-depth research has earned him recognition from respected organisations, including Hak5 and MSRC.
